Would you like to return or exchange a product? It’s quick and easy in just three steps!
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. We’ll make sure the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five business days after we’ve received your return.
Please note: items purchased in the sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy allows us to maintain our low prices.
Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps:
Step 1: Email your request
Send an email to info@tridaro.com with your return request. Please include your name, order number, and the items you’d like to return or exchange.
Step 2: Send your items back
Carefully package the items and, once we’ve confirmed your request, send them along with a copy of your order confirmation to the return address we provide in our email. Make sure to include a Track & Trace code for your shipment.
As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. To avoid any misunderstandings, please keep your shipping receipt.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we’ve received your return package, we’ll ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five business days.
